Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were basic but well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. However, there was a noticeable smoky smell in the room. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were instances of inconsistency. The location in the Paris suburbs was convenient for my needs and offered a charming view overlooking the Marne. The dining experience was varied, but some options were not as described. The facilities met basic needs without any standout features.
The hotel offers fair rooms with a good shower and a very nice view, but they are poorly lit, which can make working difficult. The service is mixed, with an excellent new staff member, Afonso, but interactions with the night staff have not been consistently friendly. The location is lovely right next to the river Seine, making it convenient for short stays, although it is quite similar in decor to other chain hotels. The dining options are varied and of good quality, especially the choice of rolls, croissants, and orange juice. Overall, it provides good value for money, especially for those visiting Paris.
